Frequently asked questions
Is submitting the form binding?
You can withdraw within 14 days after signing without giving reasons. The insurer also decides on your terms only after the video health interview.
What should I have ready?
Passport details, your home country and country of stay, the start date, your bank details (IBAN for SEPA direct debit) and, for the interview, medical reports from the last five years.
Which language is the form in?
The form opens in English. The German policy conditions are the binding version; English documents are provided as a service.
